Neil began his advisory career in 2007. Before joining Fusion in 2023, he was a Partner at Prosperity Wealth Creation and Director of Wealth Planning at Wealthwise Financial Solutions. Having helped build successful advice businesses, he brings strong commercial understanding to his role as well as deep planning experience. Many of his clients have worked with him for well over a decade.
He has a particular interest in business owners and company directors, helping them make informed decisions about both their business and their personal wealth. That includes tax-efficient profit extraction, pension planning, business protection, building long-term wealth, and preparing for retirement or a future sale. He also advises individuals and families on investment planning, sustainable retirement income, inheritance tax and passing wealth on to the next generation.
