LONDON – 21st April 2026 – Fusion Consulting Group appoints Tejinder Mahil as Managing Partner to lead Fusion Law.
Fusion Consulting Group has appointed Tejinder Mahil as Managing Partner of Fusion Law, marking a significant step in the continued evolution of the firm’s integrated professional services offering.
Mahil joins with over 30 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, high-growth businesses and international clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and cross-border transactions.
His appointment reflects Fusion Consulting Group’s long-term strategy to provide clients with joined-up, commercially focused advice across multiple disciplines, bringing legal expertise further into the heart of the group’s offering.
Founded to challenge the traditional professional services model, Fusion Consulting Group has built its reputation on delivering 360-degree advisory support to entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
Today, the group spans tax, accountancy, financial services, legal, business advisory and recruitment, supporting over 6,000 clients through a team of more than 150 professionals.
Adam Maurice, Director at Fusion Consulting Group, said “Fusion was built to challenge the idea that businesses should have to piece together advice from multiple disconnected advisers. Our clients expect joined-up thinking and practical solutions they can act on.
Bringing Tejinder into the business is a key part of that vision. His experience and commercial approach to legal advice will play a central role in how we continue to evolve our offering.
As we grow, strengthening Fusion Law ensures we can support our clients more effectively across the full lifecycle of their business from growth and investment through to exit and beyond.”
As Managing Partner, Mahil will lead Fusion Law, the group’s legal practice, and drive its next phase of development as part of the wider Fusion platform.
He will focus on expanding the firm’s capabilities across:
- Corporate and commercial transactions
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital
- Banking and finance
- Commercial contracts
- Commercial property
Mahil will also lead the continued growth of the legal team, broadening its sector reach and strengthening its ability to support a diverse client base.
Tejinder Mahil, Managing Partner of Fusion Law, said “I’m excited to be joining Fusion Consulting Group at such an important stage in its growth.
What attracted me was the opportunity to lead a legal practice within a genuinely integrated advisory group. Clients increasingly want more than standalone legal advice, they want coordinated, commercially driven support across their business.
Fusion’s model allows us to work closely with colleagues across tax, accountancy, corporate finance and other specialist areas, helping clients navigate complex decisions more effectively.
My focus is on building a modern, responsive legal practice that delivers practical, high-quality advice to entrepreneurs, growing businesses and international clients.”
Fusion Law will support an established portfolio of entrepreneurial and international clients, while working closely with other teams across the group to provide ongoing support beyond individual transactions.
This approach reflects growing demand from business owners for advisory services that are more connected, efficient and aligned with their long-term goals.
Mahil has been officially leading Fusion Law since 7 April 2026, as the practice enters its next phase of development within the group.
