LONDON – 1ST DEC 2025 – Fusion Consulting Group, a fast-growing professional services firm based in London, has announced the acquisition of Jill Thompson Taxation Services as it continues to accelerate its expansion strategy.
Founded in 2015 by Mitch Young and Adam Maurice, Fusion Consulting Group provides a fully integrated suite of professional services tailored to private clients and SMEs — spanning international taxation, business advisory, accounting, financial services, legal and recruitment services.
The acquisition of Jill Thompson Taxation Services, a well-established tax compliance firm specialising in supporting US nationals based in the UK with their IRS filing obligations, will see the practice benefit from Fusion’s full 360° advisory platform. In turn, Fusion’s clients will gain access to an expanded suite of US taxation services under the Group’s multi-disciplinary model.
This latest acquisition follows Fusion’s eight-figure M&A funding line secured from Growth Lending in August 2024, which is supporting the Group’s ambitious buy-and-build strategy to disrupt the fragmented professional services market.
Jill Thompson Taxation Services was selected for its strong reputation in US tax compliance and accounting, as well as Jill Thompson’s extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals with complex cross-border filing requirements.
