As Head of Operations, Pria works closely with company directors and senior leadership teams to translate business objectives into practical strategies and operational solutions. Her responsibilities span the full spectrum of business operations, including HR, employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, organisational development, systems implementation, facilities management and financial oversight.

Mergers and acquisitions are a particular area of her expertise. She has played an active role in supporting acquisition and integration projects as part of a wider buy-and-build strategy.
