George Antoniou is Managing Partner of Accountancy at Fusion Consulting Group. He is an ACCA-qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience advising SMEs, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals on their accounts and tax. He also has a long-standing specialism in the music and entertainment industry.
About George
George started his career in 2002 at a small accountancy firm, which he helped grow through to its eventual sale. He qualified with the ACCA in 2005 and became a fellow in 2010.
After a spell at a West End audit firm where he concentrated his efforts in the small business unit and personal tax department, he joined C. C. Panayi & Co in 2006 as a manager. At C. C. Panayi and Co he specialised in the music and entertainment industry, advising some of the UK’s most exciting bands and artistes on the financial side of their careers. After some dedicated years he was promoted to partner in 2013 and helped grow the firm to its merger with Hentons, a top 100 firm.

He was also part of the Hentons partner group that won Accountancy Firm of the Year at the 2022 Music Week Awards.
During his years as a production partner, George describes himself as a balanced accountant, equally at home preparing accounts for owner-managed businesses and advising entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals on tax.
He has spent the past six years as a managing partner and joined Fusion in 2023 in that role. He has been part of 12 acquisitions and brings experience from both sides of the selling and buying parties.
In his capacity at Fusion he has developed the teams and enhanced the service offering to the clients. He leads the acquisition of other practices: bringing together systems, teams and ways of working, and helping retiring partners make a smooth exit from the businesses they built.
George is especially passionate in developing the existing teams as well as building new teams within the firm to align with Fusion’s goals and aspirations.
His disciplined approach comes from more than 35 years of various martial arts training, but his real passion is Jiu-Jitsu.
