Adam co-founded fdu in 2009, responding to the growing demand for high-quality recruitment solutions from ambitious, dynamic businesses. His career began at boutique recruitment firm Morgan Howard, before joining Renoir Partners as a founding employee. There, he played a key role in building Board and Senior Management teams across the US and Europe. The business subsequently became part of CTPartners’ Technology, Media and Telecoms Practice.
Throughout his career, Adam has partnered with founder-led, venture capital and private equity-backed, and established private and public businesses, recruiting across C-suite, senior leadership, and broader management teams.
Supporting Businesses Beyond Recruitment for many years, since joining Fusion in 2023, Adam has continued to build on this experience, taking a leading role in developing Fusion’s fractional and part-time CFO offering. This gives growing businesses access to experienced financial leadership and strategic expertise without the cost or commitment of a full-time appointment. It reflects Adam’s wider philosophy: great businesses need access to great people, but the right solution isn’t always a traditional full-time hire.
